Abstract
Изучено гомолитическое дефосфорилирование β-глицерофосфата (ГФ), протекающее через стадию образования α-гидроксилсодержащих углеродцентрированных радикалов H2C(OH)−HC(OP(O)О2H2¯)−C˙H(OH), индуцированное CuSO4–H2О2. Установлено, что Cu2+ образуют комплекс с ГФ в водном растворе. Полученные результаты по влиянию Cd2+, метионина и азида натрия на фрагментацию ГФ с разрывом фосфоэфирной связи указывают на то, что формирование комплекса Cu2+-ГФ способствует развитию процесса на стадии инициирования.
The homolytic dephosphorylation of β-glycerophosphate (GP), proceeding through the stage of formation of α-hydroxyl-containing carbon-centered radicals H2C(OH)−HC(OP(O)О2H2¯)−C˙H(OH), induced by CuSO4–H2O2, was studied. It has been found that Cu2+ forms a complex with GP in an aqueous solution. The results obtained on the influence of Cd2+, methionine and sodium azide on the fragmentation of GP indicate that the formation of the Cu2+-GP complex promotes the development of the process at the initiation stage.
