Abstract

В статье рассматриваются подходы ученых к определению и изучению эмоционального интеллекта, изучаются модели эмоционального интеллекта в психолого – педагогической литературе, обоснована актуальность проведения дополнительных исследований и развития эмоционального интеллекта в дошкольном возрасте.The article discusses the concept of “emotional intelligence”, defines its structural components and functions. The author’s position is to seek potential in studying and developing emotional intelligence for the prevention of professional difficulties of mental and emotional nature of the modern educator being under influence of ongoing social changes. The teacher, who is in a situation of global, national, sectoral, regional changes, demonstrates not only the reduction of emotional background, but also a decrease in the adaptive capabilities amid growing professional requirements.
