Abstract
В статье описаны направления работы с профильными классами педагогической направленности в рамках сотрудничества
с филиалом кафедры иностранных языков БГПУ. Озвучены цели подготовки современного педагога в системе непрерывного
педагогического образования. Освещены цели и участники учебно-научно-инновационного кластера как основного механизма
обеспечения непрерывности педагогического образования. Предложены формы работы с профильными классами педагогической направленности по трем направлениям единого образовательного процесса: учебному, научному и воспитательному.
Описаны воспитательные мероприятия профориентационного характера.
The article describes the directions of work with profiled classes of pedagogical orientation in the framework of cooperation with the branch of the Department of Foreign Languages of the Belarusian State Pedagogical University. The article announces the goals of training a modern teacher in the system of continuous pedagogical education. The goals and participants of the educational-scientific innovation cluster as the main mechanism for ensuring the continuity of pedagogical education are highlighted. The authors propose the forms of work with profiled classes of pedagogical orientation in three directions of a single educational process: educational, scientific and training. The article describes some career counseling activities.
