Abstract

В статье освещается деятельность податных инспекторов на территории Беларуси в конце XIX - начале XX в. Основное внимание уделяется функциям и обязанностям податных инспекторов в сфере обложения и контроля за деятельностью торгово-промышленных предприятий. В статье анализируются законодательные акты, регулирующие деятельность инспекторов, их взаимодействие с налогоплательщиками, а также механизм раскладки налога между предприятиями.The article highlights the activities of tax inspectors on the territory of Belarus at the end of the 19th - beginning of the 20th centuries. The main attention is paid to the functions and responsibilities of tax inspectors in the field of taxation and control over the activities of commercial and industrial enterprises. The article analyzes the legislative acts regulating the activities of inspectors, their interaction with taxpayers, as well as the mechanism for apportioning taxes between enterprises.
