Abstract
Обоснована актуальность проблемы личности учителя на современном этапе развития образования. Подчеркнута значимость историко-педагогического подхода в пересмотре проблемы и поиске путей ее решения. Автор отмечает влияние педагогических трудов известных педагогов прошлого и настоящего на формирование личности учителя, его системы ценностей и смысла педагогической профессии.
The relevance of the problem of the teacher’s personality at the present stage of education development is substantiated. The importance of the historical and pedagogical approach in the revision of the problem and the search for ways to solve it is emphasized. The author notes the influence of the pedagogical works of famous teachers of the past and present on the formation of the teacher’s personality, his system of values and the meaning of the pedagogical profession.
