СПАРТЫЎНЫЯ ГРАМАДСКІЯ АРГАНІЗАЦЫІ Ў БЕЛАРУСКІХ ГУБЕРНЯХ: СТВАРЭННЕ, СТРУКТУРА, ДЗЕЙНАСЦЬ (КАНЕЦ ХІХ – ПАЧАТАК ХХ ст.)

Abstract

Артыкул прысвечаны фарміраванню спартыўных грамадскіх арганізацый у беларускіх губернях у канцы ХIХ ст. Аўтар разглядае асаблівасці такіх паняццяў, як таварыства і грамадская арганізацыя ў прававой сістэме Расійскай імперыі. Вылучаны асноўныя механізмы рэгістрацыі спартыўных таварыстваў, патрабаванні да тыпавых статутаў арганізацый. Нададзена ўвага спецыфічным рысам узнікнення і дзейнасці спартыўных таварыстваў у беларускіх губернях. Прааналізавана структура спартыўных арганізацый, іх асноўныя тыпы і крыніцы фінансавання. Аўтар робіць выснову, што на першым этапе сваёй дзейнасці ў 1890–1907 гг. спартыўныя арганізацыі былі недасягальныя для большай часткі грамадства. Падлічана, што ў 1914 г. у беларускіх губернях дзейнічала больш за 40 спартыўных грамадскіх арганізацый. The article is devoted to forming the sports state organizations in Belarusian provinces in the end of the XIX century. The author considers the features of such notions as association and state organization in the legal system of the Russian Empire. The main mechanisms of registration of sports associations and the requirements to the typical statutes of organizations are defined. The attention is paid to the specific features of appearance and activity of sports associations in Belarusian provinces. The structure of sports organizations, their main types and sources of financing are analyzed. The author concludes that on the first stage of its existence in 1890-1907 sports organizations were unavailable for the majority of society. It is counted that in 1914 more than 40 sports state organizations were working in Belarusian provinces.
