ГОСУДАРСТВЕННАЯ ПОЛИТИКА ПО СОХРАНЕНИЮ ИСТОРИЧЕСКОЙ ПАМЯТИ В РЕСПУБЛИКЕ КАЗАХСТАН (1991-2019 гг.)

Abstract

В статье рассмотрены программные концепции и стратегии, направленные на формирование политики памяти в Республике Казахстан во время президентства Н. А. Назарбаева. Проанализированы их основные задачи и пути реализации на практике. Значительное внимание уделено программам «Рухани жаңғыру» (Духовное возрождение) и «Семь граней великой степи», оказывающим значительное влияние на формирование политики по сохранению исторической памяти в государстве. Отдельное внимание уделено научным трудам Первого Президента Республики Казахстана в контексте их влияния на коммеморативную практику. Рассмотрено формирование нового понимания патриотизма республики как одного из факторов популяризации исторического воспитания молодежи.The article examines the main program concepts that contribute to the formation of memory policy in the Republic of Kazakhstan during the presidency of N.A. Nazarbayev. The main messages, program guidelines, concepts and strategies are reviewed. Their main tasks and ways of implementation in practice are analyzed. Considerable attention is paid to the “Rukhani Zhangyru” (Spiritual Revival) and «Seven Facets of the Great Steppe» programs, which influence the formation of historical policy in the state. Special attention is paid to the main scientific works of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, which influence further state strategies in the development of historical commemoration of the state. The factor in the formation of a new understanding of the patriotism of the republic, as one of the postulates of popularizing the historical education of youth, is considered.
